As much as it is important to know what unites people and what unites things, it is to understand what separates. When you do not understand that, it becomes very unclear why some things seem out of place or the logic of some people doesn't quite function in similar ways. You simply lose understanding of the connection and how it is formed.

What I have learned from it is that it is highly important to understand intentions and definitions when people use some words. I have had to make the decision to completely remove some people out of my life because their actual definition of "love" is extremely destructive and abusive towards myself and the people I love and care for.

Don't be afraid to do spring cleaning in your circles. Separation might hurt at first because ofcourse there are good things, but over all it will improves quality of living to let go of things that do not really fully work or actually work against your goals in life. There are plenty of people in this world, some of them we might just pass by on the street, some we will spend days upon end with. Your turn to negotiate that relationship, so do it wisely. I know I will continue to do so too.

How do you separate your art? Do you separate similar artists because of difference in details? Do you care about the intention and heart behind the work?

For now, distance and separation will make my heart grow fonder because it helps me see what matters.
